All orders are handmade and usually take 2–5 business days to process.
During sales or high-demand periods, processing may extend slightly.
Once shipped, orders generally reach within:
3–7 days for metro cities
5–10 days for other locations
Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your pincode.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.
We keep shipping as affordable as possible.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Moondust is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Every product is made by hand (with love, snacks, and mood swings).
Small handmade quirks are normal and not counted as defects.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because each item is handmade to order.
We want you to love what you receive — but since our products are handmade, customised, and delicate, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.

Email/DM with:
Order ID
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Photos of the damaged/wrong product
No unboxing video = no refund/replacement
Refunds are processed as store credit or original payment (based on issue)
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Change of mind
Incorrect address provided
Delays caused by the courier
Minor colour differences due to screen displays
Digital products (if added in future)
