Don’t worry — we’ve kept everything simple, transparent, and stress-free 

 

SHIPPING POLICY (Pan-India)

Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and usually take 2–5 business days to process.

• During sales or high-demand periods, processing may extend slightly.

Delivery Time

• Once shipped, orders generally reach within:

  • 3–7 days for metro cities

  • 5–10 days for other locations

• Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your pincode.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight & location.

• We keep shipping as affordable as possible.

Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address!

• Moondust is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

Handmade Disclaimer

Every product is made by hand (with love, snacks, and mood swings).
Small handmade quirks are normal and not counted as defects.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because each item is handmade to order.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you receive — but since our products are handmade, customised, and delicate, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.

We offer refunds/replacements ONLY if:

• The product arrives damaged

• You received the wrong item

To request a refund/replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Email/DM with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

Important Notes

• No unboxing video = no refund/replacement

• Refunds are processed as store credit or original payment (based on issue)

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Not Eligible for Refunds

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided

• Delays caused by the courier

• Minor colour differences due to screen displays

• Digital products (if added in future)
